Should a 4x800 Relay or Distance Medley Relay
be added to the state track & field meet?
I would definitely help back that we add the 4X800 to the state meet. How do we get this started for future state meets? -Oregon HS Coach Click here for the Coaches Poll

This season 4x800Relay.org will give four t-shirts to Oregon HS teams that meet a hypothetical 4x800 relay time of sub-8 (boys) or sub-9:40 (girls).

Only 80 t-shirts are available.  At the end of the season, remaining t-shirts will be given to teams participating in the Portland Track Festival 4x800 in order of finish until I run out.

A big thank you to David Bowdoin and Athletic.Net for providing the 800m data which I use to calculate the hypothetical 4x800m times.   If your school does not have a hypothetical 4x800m relay time, then please have your coach sign up with Athletic.Net
